On 25 November 2025, an audience performed a composition for voice that had been written by Hermit especially for that event in Leipzig. After the audience's interpretation of the piece, a recording of Hermit’s version was played.
From the Manifesto: (…) “Political Shitnoise” draws reference to an obscure underground art form developed by outsiders and renegades of the 1990s cassette-trading network. This is is not intended to provide a nostalgic or sentimental historical context, nor does it propose a framework for understanding the surprisingly diverse socio-cultural dimensions of this environment. It does, however, seek to celebrate the long-lasting friendships and connections established through this network and provide an opportunity for the communal sharing and engagement that this performance allows. (…)
The cassette features both versions – the audience’s and Hermit’s – and is supplemented by an electronic piece.
Six panel fold-out cover presenting the Vocal Score and Manifesto. Edition of 50.
