Ordering / Shipping

General
WCN is a one-person mail order, label, and podcast. I handle everything myself, so shipping is not always fast. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Repeatedly impatient messages or cancellation requests before shipping may affect my ability to serve you in the future.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout by weight. Whenever possible, I combine items to keep costs fair. Small overpayments are not usually refunded, as they help cover postage differences, payment fees, and handling.

*NEW* "Build an Order" and Combine Shipping

You can place multiple orders over time and choose “Build an Order” at checkout. We will hold your items and combine everything into one shipment later. When you are ready to ship, contact us and we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost based on the final package size and weight.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking information by email when your order ships. If you haven’t received it yet, your order is still waiting to be processed.

Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 1–2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks before checking in. Once dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of the postal service.

Preorders
If your order includes preordered items, it will ship once the final item is available. Split shipments are not offered unless specifically arranged. Preorders are subject to delays, and cannot be cancelled unless they are no longer available.

International & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. WCN cannot take responsibility for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses, local delivery errors, or carrier damage. If a package is returned for reasons outside of my control, the cost of re-shipment is the customer’s responsibility.
