Ordering / Shipping


WCN is a one-man mailorder, ran in parallel with numerous other full-time obligations. I do not aspire to modern e-commerce standards, nor could that ever be possible. I aspire to personal, passionate, and honest distribution of underground noise. Below is an outline of what to expect when ordering from WCN. By ordering, you are agreeing to the terms below.


Shipping Times

There is no guaranteed time frame in which your order will ship. I aim to ship orders within 2-5 days. Depending on a large variety of personal factors, it can sometimes take me 2-3 weeks, and in rare cases, even 2-3 months. When ordering from WCN, you are subject to my schedule, so please be prepared to be patient.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. If you have not received a notification, your order has not shipped. There is no need to email me asking if you order has shipped, or when your order will be shipped. Such emails will likely be ignored. 

Customers who ask for a refund before their order has shipped may be refused service in the future.


Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, my online inventory is inaccurate and items in your order may not be available. If this is the case, I will contact you and you will have the option to choose a replacement of equal value, or a refund for that item. If placing a larger order, it is recommended that you list several “alternatives” in the notes, in case an item is not available. 


Delivery Times

Once an order is shipped, I have no control of how long it takes to be delivered. If you would like to monitor the location of your shipment, please choose tracked shipped.


Lost Orders

I am unable to take responsibility for a lost order if you chose shipping without tracking. If a tracked order goes missing, I will do my best to locate it and have it delivered, or you will be reimbursed.


Issues With Your Order

If there are any issues with your order, please write to whitecentipedenoise@gmail.com. I will do my best to solve any issues that may arise as quickly as possible. Do not contact me on any other platform about your order, such as instagram.
