This volume sees them very much in noise mode, electronics burst and splutter over clattering distorted metal, whilst somewhere in the distance deep drones stretch out, only letting up towards the end of the record as slow, lonely piano chords from behind the short-circuit screeches. This is no formless noise jam, it feels carefully composed. A recording of great sonic depth, helped in no small way by a mastering job from another U.K. staple, Foul Prey."
