Totally honored to finally do a release by Government Alpha...one of my earliest exposures to Harsh Noise, and one that really got me hooked and still impresses to this day.
This tape was originally meant to come out back in 2007, before the label went defunct. He was gracious enough to allow AAD to finally unleash this ripper after thirteen years of hibernation.
