While the era we find ourselves in is far removed from when Lord Baden-Powell laid out these cornerstones of Scouting in 1908, the words can still serve as an aspirational framework for a code of self-conduct. Yet, it is a legacy of pride, honor and self-discipline. Included in this assemblage of tracks are insights from members of the Underground community who also have a background in the fraternity of Scouting – tandem paths that overlap in their veneration of industriousness and self-sufficiency.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe material contained within moves between lash-tight abrasion and rhythmic material propelled at marching cadence.
